FAQs on Wedding Photos and Editing Times

• Can I ask for more sneak peeks or specific photos?
  I totally understand how eager you are, but I edit weddings in the order they were shot. Adding extra sneak peeks or specific requests would slow down the process for others. To be fair to all my couples, I can’t accommodate extra sneak peek requests.


• Do you edit things like blemishes or other features in photos?
  As per contracts, I will remove temporary things like blemishes or bruises that are visible on you or your partner as part of my standard editing. If you have other retouching requests, please let me know within a month of receiving your gallery. If the edits are complex, I may need to hire a specialist, and any additional costs would be covered by you.


• How long will it take to get our wedding photos?
  I aim to deliver your full wedding gallery within 6-12 weeks. However, I know how excited you are, so I make sure to send out sneak peeks and 'Previews' within 7 days of the wedding.


• Can I pay for faster editing?
  Unfortunately, no. Each wedding is edited in the order it was photographed, so rushing one would delay others. I promise the final gallery will be worth the wait! If you have specific requests e.g. a photo of Grandma please let me know before the previews and I can add it to my priority list.


• Will we get every photo from the wedding day?
  I carefully curate all the images to include the best moments, making sure your gallery is a beautiful and complete story of your day. Any duplicates, blurry shots, or photos where someone’s eyes are closed won’t make the final cut.


• What if I lose access to my online gallery?
  Your gallery will be available for at least 6 weeks from final delivery, giving you plenty of time to download and back up your images. If you wish to extend your gallery access beyond 6 weeks (including guest access), this would come with a 12-month subscription of £35.


• What if I’m not keen on some of the photos in the gallery?
  If there are photos you don’t love, you can easily use the 'hide' option in your online gallery. This way, only your favourite shots will be visible to others when you share the link. Also, I will keep these private if you have opted to share.
