A beautiful May Wedding for Sophie & Beth
I’ve finally found 10 minutes to write a very quick blog on this gorgeous West Sussex wedding for two beautiful brides, Sophie & Beth! They got wed at Tottington Manor in Henfield, West Sussex. This was perfect for me as I live in Henfield! It’s lovely to capture a wedding in our beautiful South Downs (and be in the bath after a 12-hour day within 10 minutes of finishing!).
I was recommended to the couple by one of the bride’s sisters (thanks, ladies) who had a family photo session with me. Luckily, they liked the pictures (and probably my humour as I was joking that they were in a broom cupboard – they’ll get this reference!). Anyway, then we had a Zoom call last year, and they booked me for their special day!
I also got my husband to come along to some pre-ceremony through to confetti to give the couple a little highlights video! If this is something you are interested in, take a look at our very first one! This is an example of the standard highlights BTS video: this is a 3-4 minute video of what has gone on in your wedding day. Short and sweet as they say! As you can see from our next video (coming soon!), we can also cover the speeches and ceremony too (standalone separate videos) and then sprinkle some of this beautiful audio into a longer highlights video! It adds a lovely way to relive your special day in another way without having a full videographer!
The hosts at Tottington were amazing – thanks to Cat and team! The roast dinner was fantastic, and she kept our drinks topped up (sorry to Mike who left before getting fed, you missed out!).
